Choy Li Fut Kung Fu 蔡 李 佛

Choy Li Fut is one of the most complete and effective styles of kung fu for health and self defense. Although known as southern China’s most powerful style of kung fu, Choy Li Fut has its origins in both northern and southern China. 

This system incorporates the agile footwork of the north and intricate hand  techniques of the south. Choy Li Fut Kung Fu emphasizes relaxed internal power as opposed to stiff muscular force, thus making it more effective
for everyone, as well as being better for one’s health. Choy Li Fut forms are circular, powerful, and as beautiful to watch as they are effective in combat. You will learn a wide variety of techniques including hand strikes, devastating kicks, sweeps and takedowns, lethal pressure point attacks, joint locks and grappling.  Our system also has a large arsenal of traditional kung fu weapons, 53 to be exact, divided into short, long, twin and flexible categories.
